The Coffee that we use in the San Antonio Coffee process, is acquire in some coffee growing regions of the country, selected by experts to ensure quality and aroma, this also contributes to have a steady flow of coffee to make the perfect mix and preserve the quality of 40 years of dedicated service and good taste of our excellent clients. This of course is the formula to maintain the first place in sale in Venezuela of the Express coffee and coffee grain.

Storage: The virgin coffee grain that is acquire is mostly at the time of the harvest, (from November - April) this to guaranty an steady flow through the 12 month of the year, using storage in our company that have the best quality controls. It's taken consideration the region and the climate of the county to select the coffee.

Mixture: One of the more important disciplines in San Antonio Coffee is the mix, to take it, we take in consideration the following terms: the color, aroma, geographic places of the country.

Clasification & Cleaning With this process we clean bad seeds, green or discolored, broken, rotten, with only purpose of taking out all impurities and defected seeds that in one or all processes could cause a bad product.

Baking and Storing
The all ready classified grain is now going to the more critical process that is the baking our toast, in this process the green process is put to 600 degrees (centigrade) temperature, for about 11 minutes, this almost makes a perfect color brown, depending in the color it takes + or - 1 minutes, after this process the brown coffee goes to the cooling stage, here a machine takes the hot temperature by sucking al the air were the coffee is deposited, then it goes to the storage area to be cured. product, and the second is to pulverize the seed and then to pack it as Express Coffee..

Ground Coffee & Storage In this stage of the process we pulverize the coffee grain until it is a powder of two sizes of grain, then we has three products, then it goes to the packing storage place to be packaged.

Packaged
Finally the end of the line is to package al the three different products in different sizes bag, made out of a polymer which is specially made to meet health and stander regulations, to be ship out to the different part of Venezuela.

Storage These final product go in a special, clean and dry place were they are put until sold.
